1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Listflow.pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Listflow.pro provides an automation platform for Etsy sellers. The Service allows users to manage their Etsy stores, process orders, access a product catalog, and automate various business operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
Listflow.pro offers subscription-based services with different plan tiers (Standard, Pro, Turbo). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include: violating any laws or regulations, infringing on intellectual property rights, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, transmitting harmful or malicious code, and using the Service to spam or harass others.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Listflow.pro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Listflow.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
